DELIVERY

We dispatch orders within 1-2 days Mon-Fri. We offer standard and express delivery services. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is sent.

RETURNS 

We accept returns on full priced products within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn with original tags attached.

To request a return please contact sales@dsgershoes.com and include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your email within 48hrs and provide our return address. The dispatch note or order confirmation email must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. DSGER SHOES will not cover any return costs. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining the proof of postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and be in touch by email. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 working days for the refunded amount to show in your account.

SALE ITEMS
